Dr Subakumar has been practicing for over 15 years. He is currently a Specialist Geriatrician at the Gold Coast Hospital. Dr Subakumar is instrumental in establishing the first ever multidisciplinary Memory clinic and Falls and Balance Clinic in the Gold Coast district. He is the Director of Geriatrician training program in the Gold Coast HHS district which was established by him in 2012.
His practice covers a wide range of general medical disorders of the elderly and adults. He specialises in memory disorders, dementia care and neuro degenerative disorders, poly pharmacy assessment, frailty assessment and management, and falls and mobility disorders. Other areas of interest include cognitive assessment for fitness to drive and for decision making capacity.
Dr Asha Sadasivan - Psychiatrist

Dr Sadasivan trained in Psychiatry in the United Kingdom, Mersey deanery rotational training scheme before obtaining Membership of Royal College of Psychiatrist (UK). She then moved to Australia where she completed her Fellowship in Psychiatry with the Royal Australian and New Zealand college of Psychiatrists.
Dr Sadasivan worked in Psychiatry at the Gold Coast university hospital for 8 years before moving completely into Private practice. Dr Sadasivan was an Associate Professor with Bond University of medical sciences. She held the position of Clinical Lead with the university, in charge of medical student clinical posting and training in Psychiatry until 2015. She is passionate about teaching along with her clinical practice.
Dr Sadasivan is a General Adult Psychiatrist with training in psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. Her practice covers various psychiatric disorders with particular focus on mood disorders, women's mental health, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, Schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, substance use disorders and post traumatic disorders. Dr Sadasivan provides assessments under WorkCover, DVA, and also offer Telehealth consultations.
Dr Thomas Titus is a Consultant Nephrologist working at the Gold Coast University Hospital as well as in the private sector. He is also an Associate professor of Nephrology at Bond University of medical sciences.
Dr Titus completed MBBS and MD in General medicine in India in 1991. He relocated to the United Kingdom in 1993 and obtained MRCP from the Royal College of Physicians. He completed specialist training General Medicine and Nephrology from the teaching hospitals in Northern England and Oxford. He has worked as a consultant Physician in Boston, Lincolnshire before he relocated to Australia.
In addition to clinical training Dr Titus undertook basic science research at the University of Oxford, he completed doctor of Philosophy in the area of Pancreatic Islets transplantation.
He has extensive experience in Nephrology. Dr Titus sees all patients over 18 years of age.
Isabel Farmer - Psychologist

Isabel Farmer is a psychologist in private practice providing a service through our clinic. Isabel has over 25 years clinical experience working with clients with a wide range of issues. Currently her practice focuses on adults with common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and chronic stress as well as post-traumatic stress disorder and mood disorders. Treatment is primarily cognitive behavioural therapy with an emphasis on overall health and wellbeing and improved quality of life. Isabel specialises in treating war veterans and also provides services to injured workers under WorkCover.
