about our clinic

There is free, but limited parking available in our clinic carpark at 4 Jowett Street, Coomera 4209. There is also street parking in Jowett St available. There are parking spaces available for Disabled patients available in our clinic carpark. Our specialists do their best to see you on time. However some cases/appointments may take longer.

Upon arrival we will ask you to complete some necessary patient forms, so please bring:

  • Medicare Card.
  • A valid Concession (if applic).
  • Referral if not provided prior.

booking an appointment

Bookings are made by calling our reception staff. They can help you to organise a time that suits you. To see one of our specialists you will need a referral from your GP or other specialist. Your referral can be faxed, sent electronically or be brought in with you on the day.

If you any questions before booking please use our contact form or call 07 5500 0536. Our specialists all have different waiting times and appointment days. Urgent appointments are usually arranged directly by your referring doctor and are seen as quickly as possible

Telehealth

telehealth consultations

Our specialist team are able to provide telehealth consultation in case you are experiencing respiratory symptom or have been exposed to COVID-19.

Patients from Aged Care facilities and rural/remote can also be seen via telehealth consultations.

We will send you an SMS prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm your attendance.
You will need to respond with Yes or No, ensuring that you provide at least 48 hours for cancellations.

consult fees

Our clinic is a private practice and as such our fees are not fully covered by Medicare. Fees charged enable us to give each patient quality time.

Our clinic uses Hicaps to claim your Medicare rebate which is electronically refunded on the day.

reports / insurance forms

Reports and other documentation can be completed under request and would be charged a private fee. These are not covered by Medicare.

WorkCover reports are charged directly to WorkCover and there is no out of pocket fee.

loss of documents

Your prescription, pathology and radiology requests are important documents. Please take care of these documents. We cannot re-print a copy of these documents as they are stored within our clinical software unsigned and only accessible by the referring practitioner.

Only your referring practitioner can print or sign these forms.

We endeavour to attend to all your medical needs, however at times our office may be closed or a specialist is unavailable. You can leave a detailed message on our voicemail or call numbers below. Urgent appointments may be made if your condition is not life threatening, but you must call to make an appointment. If you are experiencing a life threatening issue please contact one these services below:

zero tolerance for abuse

To help provide a safe environment for staff and patients we have a Zero Tolerance Abuse Policy.

Patients who abuse or threaten our staff will be asked to leave the practice and seek care elsewhere.
