Dr Asha Sadasivan is an experienced consultant psychiatrist with over 22 years of clinical expertise across the United Kingdom and Australia. She offers evidence-based, compassionate care for adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns.

Her approach is holistic and person-centred, recognising that mental wellbeing arises from the balance of biological, psychological, and social factors. She strives to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr Asha Sadasivan is the founder of Shakti Global, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting preventive health and wellbeing. Through initiatives such as health education workshops, meditation and yoga sessions, and community cooking programs, Shakti Global aims to bring preventive health to the forefront fostering social connection, awareness, and early intervention in the community.

Experience

Dr Harish Venugopal provides treatment for all Endocrinology including management of thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, metabolic syndrome, adrenal disorder, pituitary disorder, insulin resistance, dyslipidaemia and hypertension. 

I think the most important thing is that it (the thyroid) kind of regulates energy use, metabolism, it helps with growth development and a lot of other bodily functions like the heart rate and temperature.

Dr Subakumar has been practicing for over 20 years. He is currently a Specialist Geriatrician at the Gold Coast Hospital. Dr Subakumar is instrumental in establishing the first ever multi-disciplinary Memory Clinic and Falls and Balance Clinic in the Gold Coast district. He is the Director of Geriatrician training program in the Gold Coast HHS district which was established by him in 2012.

Dr Thomas Titus

INTEREST

Dr Thomas Titus is a Consultant Nephrologist working at the Gold Coast University Hospital as well as the private sector. He is also an Associate Professor of Nephrology at Bond University of Medical Sciences. 

Experience

Dr Titus completed MBBS and MD in General medicine in India in 1991. He relocated to the United Kingdom in 1993 and obtained MRCP from the Royal College of Physicians. He completed specialist training in General Medicine and Nephrology from the teaching hospitals in Northern England and Oxford. He has worked as a Consultant Physician in Boston, Lincolnshire before he relocated to Australia. 

He has extensive experience in Nephrology and sees all patients over 18 years of age.
